Correct part arrived. I cannot tell if it works because I cannot remove the burner to replace the igniter.

This the second replacement of the oven igniter in 5 years. This one seems to be the exact OEM fit, unlike the previous one. Hopefully it will last longer. Luckily, it is easy to replace in about 10 minutes or so. Too bad it’s not stocked locally. But the shipping was quick.

Easy Fix

The oven was taking longer and longer to light. I ordered the Igniter but waited until it had to be replaced (last night). Now for the problem; my friend needs to do the same for his wife as has been without oven for several years. How do I get him to invest a few $$ and let me do it??

We found the part we needed for our oven at a reasonable price. It took a lot longer to receive it than we had hoped but not because Edgewater Parts did anything wrong. They shipped it quickly it was the good old postal service that delayed it for days. First time customer who is very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
