I ordered a water inlet dual valve and received it promptly. I installed it but it was a noisy. However it did function. I contacted company and told them how loud the valve was. They immediately sent me a replacement valve which I received in one day. Great company/Great customer service. Thank You !

honestly, i haven't installed the part as it arrived the day i had to leave home for a short period. however, shipping was prompt, packaging was careful. the product came with any/and all possible needs for proper custom fitting.
